On this Norway wildlife photography trip you will you will be staying at Fulufjellet and Dovrefjell National Parks. These two parks combined are home to the king of the forest, the European Elk, European Brown Bears, Wolves, Wolverines and the Ice Age giant that is the Musk Ox, as well as  birdlife such as Capercaillie,  Raven and Golden Eagle.

Your accommodation will be in large tepee-style tents with two separate bedrooms, equipped with comfy camping beds, and a large living area.

All meals on this Norway wildlife photography trip are included in the price of the tour and will be prepared for you over a wood-burning stove in our outdoor kitchen.

Norway has some of the most beautiful scenery in the world and is home to Europe's most iconic wildlife. You will encounter birdlife rarely seen outside of the far Northern Hemisphere, on this Norway wildlife photography adventure, such as the Serbian Jay and the Northern Hawk Owl. The latter is active during the day and likes to sit on top of a high tree, which makes for a great photo opportunity.

Both birds are very curious and show little fear of humans so they often come to the camp to see what we are doing. This will give many chances for great pictures on this Norway wildlife photo tour, without even having to travel far from the camp.

Norway Wildlife Photography Tour highlights include:

  • Two Norwegian National Parks, full of exciting northern European wildlife
  • Great opportunities for prize-winning shots of Northern Hawk Owl in daylight
  • Services of experienced wildlife guide and expert photographer
