Early this morning we leave the hotel and start the birding to Dorado Lodge (Santa Marta Mountains). Our first stop endemic time at the mangrove habitat Isla Salamanaca National Park. Santa Marta Mountains to Riohacha (Santuario de Fauna y Flora Flamingos). Morning birding time around the Santuario de Fauna y Flora Flamingos looking for birds missed yesterday . After the lunch people has the free afternoon for shooping time (crafts with culture wayuu or we can continue for more birding time.
We leave the Rio Hacha for to go Perija Reserve (Around 5 hours by car) . Perija is another aislation mountains with interesting endemic birds . We start to see bird at downhill towards San Antonio where we spending the time looking for Klages’s Antbird, Perija Brushfinch. Other highlights included the Perija subspecies of Common Hemispingus, Lacrimose Mountain Tanger, and Rufous Spinetail, as well as Perija Tapaculo, Perija Yellow-breasted Brushfinch, Golden-breasted Fruiteater, Red-shafted Woodstar, and Venezuelan Tyrannulet.
In the night we can to do owling time behind the White throated screech owl or Striped owl.

The main focus of Bogota Birding and Birdwatching Tours is the lands surrounding the Bogota, including Cloud forest the eastern Andes, paramo, Llanos, Magdalena Valley, and dry forest.
