Living Doñana aims to not only take you to experience the wildlife but also the nature that surrounds you. Living Doñana will share our knowledge of wildlife evolution and how the habitats have changed in Doñana over the last century.
Living Doñana organises guided bird watching in Andalucia tours from 1 day, tours of up to several days and tailor-made trips seeking the best wildlife Andalusia has to offer.
Located very close to Seville and at the gates of the Doñana region, millions of birds covering more than 400 species gather each year. The geographical location between two continents showcases a variety of ecosystems making this region an unparalleled place to enjoy the wildlife and nature, an unforgettable experience in this natural paradise.
Our current Living Doñana’s owner, Sergio Gonzales, has been a nature lover since he was a child, he is a bird ringer for the Doñana Biological Station (C.S.I.C.), and has worked for 20 years in the conservation of protected areas and species in Doñana, especially with the Iberian Lynx and waterfowl. His passion is birds and the Iberian lynx. He will take you to the best places to enjoy wildlife and nature and will ensure the best rural accommodation where Mediterranean food and good wine will make you feel at home.
5% of the profits on each visit raised by Living Doñana is provided to finance environmental conservation projects throughout the region.
