Birdwatching Spain

Boletas Birdwatching Centre, founded in 1994, is a well-known meeting point in the Pyrenees and a very popular Spanish birdwatching company, having organised and guided birdwatching tours throughout Spain, Morocco and other destinations worldwide for over 20 years.

As one of the pioneers in Spanish wildlife tourism, Boletas were the first to promote visiting the Pyrenees in winter, looking for wallcreepers and are able to offer a selection of birdwatching Spain tours with unbeatable value and quality, always with the expertise and knowledge of local guides.

The external ranges of Pre-Pyrenees, bordering with the Ebro valley, formed by limestone and conglomerates, where its beauty is outstanding, the most representative of them being the Sierra de Guara where wildlife lovers can distinguish several bio-climatic habitats with their distinctive flora and fauna;

– Alpine meadows carpeted with flowers such as Purple Saxifrague, Edelweiss or Alpine Rose and birds such us Alpine Accentor and Snow Finch
– Beech trees and black pine, abundant sub-alpine flowers and orchids, raptors and several eagles, Lammergeier and vultures, with woodland birds also well represented; Crested Tit and Black Woodpecker
– sub-Mediterranean vegetation with the prominent holm-oak, a vast number of families and beautiful birds; Roller, Bee-eater, Black Wheatear, Rock Thrush, several Mediterranean warblers, etc. and nearby both sandgrouse and bustards.
