Blue Sky Wildlife has been announced as the TravelMole Best Responsible Tourism Site for 2017 during an awards ceremony in London. The event, now in its 13th year, took place on board a City Cruise boat on the Thames on Wednesday 15th November 2017. Blue Sky Wildlife, launched less than 2 years ago, was up against two well established travel businesses in Responsible Travel and Tribes.

TravelMole managing director Graham McKenzie called out the winners, while TravelMole editor-in-chief Bev Fearis handed out the award. McKenzie said: “Once again, we had a great turnout among members of the UK travel industry for our Web Awards, which celebrate the best of technology in travel.

“To win the Best Responsible Travel Site award last night is amazing considering who we were up against, how long the site has been live and just to get the recognition in the travel industry already” commented Chris Larsen, Managing Director

Blue Sky Wildlife is also supporting the BirdLife International’s Preventing Extinctions Programme as a BirdLife Species Champion.
